美罗华联合CHOP方案治疗侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤的临床疗效评价被引量：5

摘要目的探讨美罗华(利妥昔单抗)联合CHOP方案(R-CHOP)治疗几种常见B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效、不良反应。方法选择28例B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,将采用美罗华联合CHOP(R-CHOP)方案治疗的14例患者作为实验组,将采用CHOP方案治疗的14例为对照组,进行病例对照研究及疗效和安全性。结果实验组(R-CHOP方案)14例患者总有效率(CR+PR)92.8%。对照组(CHOP方案)14例患者总有效率(CR+PR)64.3%。实验组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。两组不良反应无明显差异。结论 R-CHOP方案治疗B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤,疗效明显优于CHOP方案,并且不良反应发生率并未增加。
