膨肺吸痰在痰液过多引起人工气道患者呼吸音减弱中的应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨膨肺吸痰对人工气道患者由于痰液过多引起的呼吸音减弱的治疗效果。方法将36例呼吸音减弱患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组每日按常规吸痰(雾化、翻身、扣背);观察组在对照组的基础上采用膨肺的方法吸痰。观察两组患者吸痰前后双肺呼吸音的改变,及1周后X线片的改变。统计学处理采用SPSS10.0软件进行t检验。结果观察组采用膨肺吸痰的方法与对照组比较,患者吸痰前后呼吸音发生明显改变,1周后患者X线片发生明显改变,观察组结果有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膨肺吸痰能有效促进痰液的排除,在护理人工气道患者因痰液过多引起的呼吸音减弱具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the influnce of lung dilated suction in the diminished breath-sounds for too much plegm. Metheds 36 patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the laboratory group in random. The control group were given ordinary suction(to inhalation, to turn over, to button the back); the laboratory group were given lung dilated suction on the foundation of the control group. To survey the change of breath-sounds and chest films,before and after suction phlegm between two groups after a week. The data was ornalysell statisticly with spass 10.0. Results The laboratory group have statistic meaning (P〈0.05), but in the control group have no statistic meaning (P〉0.05), for obvious change in breath souds and chest fikms between the two groups. Conclusion The lung of dilated suction can eliminate phlegm effective, and is good for the diminished breath-sounds.
