B超检查对良性前列腺增生症诊断的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound Examination for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in the Diagnosis

目的探讨B超检查对良性前列腺增生症诊断的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的50例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均实施B超检查,对所有患者临床检查后的资料进行分析,找出B超检查对于前列腺增生症患者的诊断效果以及意义。结果所有患者在经过手术治疗完成后,其前列腺实际重量和术前B超检查的估计重量差异没有显著性差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论使用B超检查是对良性前列腺增生症患者实施诊断的重要方法,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the ultrasound in diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical curative effect. Methods To collect our hospital as the research object of 50 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients, B ultrasonic examination for all patients, the clinical examination after the data of all patients were analyzed, and find out B ultrasonic examination for the diagnosis of patients with hyperplasia of prostate and significance. Results All patients after surgery, after the completion of the actual weight of prostate and preoperative ultrasound estimated weight difference is not significant difference （P〉0.05）, no statistical significance. Conclusion Using ultrasound diagnosis for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is the important method, is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
