摘要
本文以2003-2013年中国30个省份(不包括西藏)的面板数据为基础,运用门槛回归方法,分析了环境污染与公共服务对健康支出的影响。结果表明:环境污染对健康支出具有显著性影响,两者之间呈正相关关系。公共服务变量的引入,对环境污染的健康支出产生了门槛效应,并且不同公共服务对环境的健康支出影响产生的门槛数各不相同。其中,教育产生的门槛数为三个,城市基础设施建设与环境保护产生的门槛数均为一个。
This paper uses the panel data of thirty province from 2003 to 2013, Using threshold regression analysis meth-od to analyizes the effects of environment pollution and public services on health expenditures. The results show that： the pol-lution of the environment has a significant influence on health expenditures, positively correlated relationship between both.The introduction of the public service variable has a threshold effect to the environmental health, and the threshold of differentpublic services for environmental health expenditure are not identical; Among them, the threshold of education is three, andthe threshold of the urban infrastructure construction and environmental protection are one.
