摘要
给出了可调节再生回流比例的除湿系统流程,建立了系统各主要部件的数学模型。模拟得到了夏季工况不同除湿负荷、不同溶液再生回流比例下系统的能耗和性能系数(COP)。结果表明:降低溶液再生回流比例可提高除湿系统性能;在较低的溶液再生温度和较低的除湿负荷条件下,降低溶液再生回流比例对系统性能的改善作用较大;再生回流比例的降低受再生温度的限制,存在合理的较优再生回流比例。
Presents the process of adjustable regeneration reflux ratio liquid desiccant system, and develops the mathematical models of the major components for the system. Simulates the energy consumption and the system coefficient of performance (COP) under the conditions of different dehumidifying load and solution regeneration reflux ratios. The results show that the overall performance of the liquid desiccant system can be improved by reducing the solution regeneration reflux ratio, the effect is intensified under the condition of lower solution regeneration temperature and dehumidifying load, and the decrease of reflux ratio is limited to the regeneration temperature, which exists an optimal solution regeneration reflux ratio.
