终身教育视域下高校继续教育的转型与定位研究

Analysis on the Transformation and Orientation of Continuing Education in Universities under the Perspective of Lifelong Education

从终身教育的视野来审视当前高校继续教育的发展,分析当前高校继续教育的现状对构建终身教育体系的积极和消极两方面影响,进而从如何利用有利条件,克服不利条件方面阐述高校继续教育的重新定位与转型发展,将对高校继续教育的理论和实践发展有所裨益。

From the perspective of lifelong education,this paper examined the current development of continuing education in universities,analyzed the positive and negative influences of its current status in continuing education to the lifelong education system construction in colleges and universities. Furthermore,it elaborates the transformation and orientation of continuing education in universities from how to make use of favorable conditions and overcome the disadvantages. It hopes to offer some references to the development of theory and practice of continuing education in universities.
