新城镇化进程中农村转移劳动力职业培训意愿实证研究

Empirical Study on the Vocational Training Willingness of Rural Migrant Workers During the New Urbanization Process

通过选取典型新型城镇化地区开展农村转移劳动力职业能力培训意愿调查,运用二值logistic回归模型分析转移劳动力职业培训意愿及其影响因素。结果显示:年龄、家庭纯收入、工种职位、培训成本、培训对预期收入的影响、城镇化对农村转移劳动力职业素养要求等六个因素对其职业能力培训意愿的影响较为显著;性别、文化程度、婚育状况、外出务工年限与农村转移劳动力职业能力培训的意愿无显著关系。从影响程度上看,培训对收入影响是影响农村转移劳动力职业能力培训意愿的最主要因素,其次为城镇化对农村转移劳动力技能素养要求、工种职位、培训成本、家庭纯收入、年龄。

The vocational training willingness of rural migrant workers and its influence factors were analyzed in this paper by choosing typical new urbanization regions,conducting study on vocational training willingness of rural migrant workers and using binary logistic regression model. The results showed that six factors including age,family net income,type of work position,training costs,impact of training on income and requirements of workers professional quality have significant influences on their vocational competence training willingness; while sex,education level,marriage and bearing status and time of migrant work have no significant influence on it. From the view of the impact level,the impact of training on income is the main factor affecting vocational training willingness of migrant rural labor,followed by requirements of workers＇ professional quality,type of work position,training costs,family net income and age.
