阀块孔口加工出现鳞片状刀痕分析

Analyzing scale-like marks on valve block

普通阀块加工过程中,发现一批阀块孔口出现鳞片状刀痕。通过现场调查分析,初步判断为阀块毛坯材料问题造成的。通过进一步的采样试验和检测,确认为毛坯材料分层造成材料硬度波动,导致加工过程中振刀,从而出现鳞片状刀痕。通过更换合格的毛坯材料,问题得以解决。

During manufacturing common valve blocks,find a batch of valve block that with poor scale-like marks on the orifice. Through field investigation and analysis,caused by valve block blank material problems by a preliminary judge. By further sampling test and the detection and confirmation for the stratification causing the blank material hardness fluctuation,resulting tools＇ vibration in process,which appears poor scaly marks. By replacing qualified blank material,problems has being solved.
