摘要
回顾互联网时代政府信息供给遇到的新挑战,包括互联网广泛应用、知识全球化和去垂直化、知识扩散和外溢加快等,分析当前政府信息供给的不足。通过综述国内外学术界对于开放式创新和政府信息供给的研究现状,认为封闭式的供给模式已不能满足政府转型发展的需要,如何在现有的信息服务基础上创建符合时代需求的政府信息供给机制成为下一步的研究方向。
Based on the review of government＇s new challenges in Internet era, including the wide application of internet,knowledge globalization and De vertical,knowledge diffusion and faster overflowing. This paper analyzes the deficiencies ofcurrent government information supply system. With the in-depth study on current research progress both in and abroad, itcan be proved the closed innovation has been outdated and the next focus will be how to develop new form of governmentinformation supply system in the perspective of open innovation on the current information service basis
