现代信息网络技术的快速发展为图书馆实现资源共享提供了良好的契机。区域数字图书馆集群具有独特的地缘优势,可利用集群的特点分享同一地区所有图书馆的资源和服务。这种基于信息共享视野下的区域数字图书馆集群已成为当前图书馆资源配置的新模式。本文就泰州地区的区域数字图书馆集群化建设的模式和建设进行了探究和思考,希望对泰州区域图书馆的建设和发展有一定的参考价值。

The rapid development of modern information network technology provides a good opportunity for libraries toshare resources. The regional digital library cluster enjoys a unique geographical advantage in making it available to shareall resources and services of the cluster of the concerned libraries within the same region. The clustering of regional digitallibrary based on the vision of information sharing has become a current new allocating mode of the library resources. In thispaper, the exploration and thinking is carried out on the mode and construction of regional digital library cluster in Taizhouregion, hoping to exert a certain reference value for library construction and development in the area.
