制造业城市的企业人才发展现状、问题及对策--以东莞为例 被引量:4

The Status Quo of the Enterprise Talents as Well as Problems and Countermeasures in Manufacturing Cities——Taking Dongguan as an Example

摘要 打造具有国际竞争力的制造业,是我国提升综合国力、保障国家安全、建设世界强国的必由之路,而制造业的发展离不开技能型人才的支撑。本文通过对典型的制造业城市东莞的企业人才状况进行调研,尤其是企业发展突出存在的技能型人才紧缺问题进行调查分析,提出要有效"育、培、引、用、留"好企业人才,必须努力发挥市场机制的决定性作用,依靠人力资源服务业和市场化渠道高效解决企业人才紧缺问题。 To build a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness is the only way to enhance the comprehensive national strength of China, ensure national security, and build China into a world power. While the development of manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the support of skilled personnel. Through the investigation of status quo of the enterprise talents in the typical manufacturing city Dongguan, especially the investigation and aiaalysis of the prominent problem of talents shortage existing in the enterprise development, the paper puts forward that the government must let the market mechanism play its decisive role in order to effectively "educate, train, introduce, use and retain" enterprise talents. In the end, relying on human resources services and marketing channels, we can effectively solve the problem of enterprise talents shortage.
