奖惩性和发展性教师评价的应用策略

摘要 教师评价是在一定教育价值观指导下,根据学校教育对教师提出要求为标准,运用科学可行的办法,对教师工作的要素、过程和效果进行价值判断的活动。教师评价在教师职业的预期成就和教师的成长过程中,起着至关重要的作用。
