PLC在汽车车桥环缝自动焊接设备中的应用

针对目前可靠的焊接质量、高自动化程度的车桥焊接设备的研究制造成为当今车桥焊接领域的发展趋势,本文研制了一种基于PLC自动控制技术的汽车车桥环缝自动焊接设备,设计出PLC控制焊接过程的控制程序,使车桥环缝焊接生产线实现实时自动控制。极大地提高了车桥环缝焊接生产线工作的稳定性、可靠性、适应性、经济性以及抵抗各种干扰的能力,具有较高的市场应用前景。

This paper is mainly devoted to the automobile welding equipment of car manufacturers, which is reliable welding quality, high degree of automation become vehicle bridge developments in the fi eld of welding trend. a girth welding equipment of the automation vehicle bridge based on PLC autocontrol technology is developed. the welding process PLC control welding procedures is designed. girth welding production lines of the vehicle bridge is achieved real-time control. the design greatly enhancing the bridge girth welding production line job stability, reliability and adaptability, economy and the resistance of all kinds of interference, which will have a high prospect of the market.
