摘要
本文阐述了高校突发公共卫生事件的涵义、类型;详细分析了高校突发公共卫生事件的成因;探讨了对大学生心理成长的影响,尤其是对大学生的认知、情绪、行为的影响;最后提出相应的应对策略。使高校及大学生在了解突发卫生事件的本质的同时掌握其成因,注意人为事件,减少突发卫生事件带来的损失以及在最短的时间采取科学应对策略,缓解与抑制危机蔓延,把对心理的负面影响降到最低。
This paper expounds on the meaning and types of public health emergency in colleges and universities.Through a detailed analysis of the causes of sudden public health events in colleges and universities,it explores effects on psychological development of University students,in particular effects on cognition,mood,behavior of University students and finally proposes appropriate countermeasures and strategies,enabling University and college authorities and students to understand the essence of health emergencies as well as their causes.Attention should be paid to man-caused events in order to reduce the loss of health emergencies.Immediate Use of Scientific strategies in possible time may alleviate and control contagion,minimizing negative impact on the students psychologically.
