摘要
植物新品种权作为一种新型知识产权,在鼓励育种,提高农产品质量和数量,构建我国种子资源壁垒等方面具有十分重要的作用。本文从植物新品种权概念入手,分析我国植物新品种权实现的障碍。最后结合中国实际情况,探讨如何充分实现我国植物新品种权。
