运用心理健康活动改善高职学生学业倦怠的实践与反思

摘要 心理健康活动课是心理健康课的一种新形式,在改善学生心理健康中起到了积极的作用。本文尝试将一些针对学生学业倦怠的心理游戏建构为一个有机整体,并在实际教学中加以运用,取得了良好的效果。
