It’suniversally acknowledge that the continuing education of the professional technical talents is a crucial way to redevelop talent resources, a means for professional technical talents standing out, a essential part of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. It is also the guarantee to improve the knowledge structure and talents structure, to enhance the level of professional technique and the ability of creation, to promote the advance of economic and the harmony of society. In current tendency, the problem faced to the personnel of continuing education which need an immediate solution is how to make the continuing education adapt to the new requirement. This paper proposes the analysis of the current situation of the continuing education and explores the proper solutions to the continuing education of our province.
