摘要
国有企业是国民经济支柱,而青年员工是国有企业持续发展的动力源泉。与实际业务相结合,持续推进青年工作创新是国有企业各级党组织必须要下大力气解决的重中之重。本文以中国移动通信集团吉林有限公司业务支撑中心为研究对象,对中心的青年员工职业心理和工作特点进行充分分析,研究青年人工作的特点与规律,进而提出改进中国移动青年工作的方法,引导青年员工树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,从而指导人力资源建设方面,最终达到促进中国移动通信事业健康可持续发展的根本目的。
ABSTRACT:The state-owned enterprises are the pillars of the national economic,and Young employees are the sources of driving the sustainable development of the state-owned enterprises.Combining with the actual business, it is the top priority of the Party organizations at all levels of state-owned enterprises continuing to promote youth work innovation.This paper takes Business Support Center of Jilin branch of China Mobile Communications Group for the study objective, undertakes a full analysis of the occupational psychology and work characteristics of the youth staff,and studies the characteristics and rules of working with young people. Then it proposes an improved method for the mobile youth work, and guides the young staff to establish a correct outlook on world, life and values, meanwhile it could guide human resources constructions, ultimately achieving the fundamental purpose of promoting healthy and sustainable development of the Chinese mobile communications industry.
