摘要
淮南潘三煤矿为了解决上仰穿层孔钻遇极硬岩层问题,采用了气动潜孔锤冲击回转钻进,通过现场施工数据和经验总结了其高效钻进的最优工艺参数。应用结果表明,冲击回转钻进工艺比普通回转效率提高4倍以上,极大地降低了生产成本,是一种适用于解决煤矿井下硬岩钻进问题的有效工艺方法,具有较大推广应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of hard rock drilling in upward layer-through borehole in Pansan coal mine, Huainan, a pneumatic DTH hammer was used for percussion-rotary drilling. Through field construction data and experience, learned its optimal and efficient drilling process parameters. The application results show that the percussion-rotary drilling process which greatly reduces the cost of production is more efficient than common rotary drilling over four times. So, it is a suitable and efficient process method for solving hard rock drilling in underground coal mine problems, with great application prospects.
