摘要
以低位放顶煤ZF4000/17.5/28HL型液压支架顶梁为例,对顶梁进行了整体强度分析以及基于疲劳寿命可靠性的结构优化。优化后,其最低疲劳寿命约增大14.3%,最大等效应力增大约1.15%,支架总质量约减小2.44%。其优化效果均较为合理,提高了液压支架顶梁的安全系数,保证了其可靠性,减小了顶梁质量,节约了成本。
Take the low caving ZF4000/17.5/28HL type hydraulic support beam as an example, analysis the overall strength of the roof beams and optimization of the structural based on fatigue llfe of reliability. After optimization, the minimum fatigue life increases about 14.3%, the maximum equivalent stress increases about 1.15%, and the suppol4 total quality decreased about 2.44%1 The optimization results are reasonable. The optimization results improved safety coefficient of hydraulic support beam to ensure its reliability, and reduce the quality of top beam and save the cost.
