摘要
利用Solid Works建立破碎机的三维模型,根据破碎机工作环境添加约束和荷载,确定破碎机上零件材料后对破碎机进行运动仿真。仿真结果显示破碎机在2个方向上的速度、加速度变化特点,根据仿真结果可计算对重,利用运动仿真技术能够实现破碎机的优化设计,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本。
Establish a three-dimensional model crusher based on SolidWorks, add constraints and loads to the crusher in accordance with its Working environment, and expand the motion simulation after determining the parts' materials. Simulaiion results show the change characteristics of crusher's speed and acceleration in both directions, based on which can calculate the counterweight. Using motion simulation technology can help optimize the design of the crusher, shorten design cycles, and reduce design costs.
