摘要
国内现有检测检验机构对煤矿主要通风机转速的检测主要采用光电转速表测试,光电转速表测试传动轴外置的风机准确、方便,但是对于目前煤矿企业普遍采用的煤矿地面用防爆抽出式(对旋)轴流式通风机(FBCDZ系列风机)的转速时就显得无所适从。目前在我国汽车行业已经出现通过振动信号和虚拟仪器对发动机瞬时转速进行测量的研究理论,通过分析、比较发动机和风机的运转原理,将这个理论推广到煤矿主要通风机上。
