摘要
为解决掘进机操作者易疲劳的问题,在介绍了人体振动舒适性理论基础上,结合国际标准ISO 2631的要求,对某型号掘进机的现有座椅进行了振动测试,将振动加速度均方根值与人的主观感觉和掘进机振动舒适性联系起来,以舒适性降低限为评价标准,得到了现有刚性结构座椅,极易导致人体疲劳的结论。鉴于此,设计出了新款减震座椅,同样对其进行相同试验,试验结果表明,新款座椅舒适度较原座椅有显著提高。
Base on the theory of vibration comfort of human body ,combined with the requirements of international standard ISO 2631,use to solve the problem of the boring machine operator fatigue. The roadheader vibration tests were carried out to the existing seat, the boring machine vibration comfort and the root mean square value of vibration acceleration is contacted. Use the lower limit of evaluation standard, obtained the current rigid structure of seat, the body can easily lead to fatigue conclusion. The design of a new damping seat, also on the same test, the test results show that, the new seat comfort is Significantly improved compared with the original seat.
