摘要
根据带式输送机的重要设备液黏软起动装置的工作特点,设计了全新的液黏软起动装置冷却系统。该冷却系统较原有的冷却系统结构紧凑,在保持润滑油相同温度时,消耗能量大大减少,节能效果显著。冷却系统的核心部件离心泵使用软件CFturbo设计,泵通过Pumplinx软件进行流体分析,设计出的离心泵满足设计要求的同时,大大缩短了开发时间。
Based on the important equipment hydroviscous soft start device operating characteristics of belt conveyor, designed the new soft starter sticky liquid cooling system. The compact cooling system compared to the original structure of the cooling system, while maintaining the same temperature for lubricant, consume less energy. Core components of the cooling system using software CFturbo design centrifugal pump fluid analyzed by Pumplinx software, centrifugal pump designed to meet the design requirements while greatly reducing the development time.
