CaO对陕北低阶煤低温干馏的影响

Effect of Pyrolysis Characters of North Shaanxi Coal Carbonization by Adding CaO

以延安车村煤、神木河畔煤、子长禾草沟煤以及延安黄陵煤为研究对象,研究加入不同量的Ca O对低温干馏产物煤气、半焦及焦油产率的影响。结果表明:随着Ca O含量的增加,4种煤低温干馏产生的焦油产率减少,煤气量减少,半焦的产率逐渐增加。加入Ca O后半焦表面粗糙凸凹不平有裂纹,导致反应性增加且Ca O可以改善低温热解半焦的性质,使其作为易燃型煤的炭素材料,既可扩大低阶煤的利用途径,又可解决型煤工业由于炭素材料短缺而面临的困难。

Experimental subject choose the coal from Yan＇ an Checun, Shenmu Hepan, Zichang Hecaogou and Yah＇an Huangling to investigate the effect of different quenfitive CaO for yield of low temperature carbonization production , for example gas, carbocoal, tar; and measure pyrolysis products. Experiment can draw the follow conclusions：when add the content of CaO,the yield Of all tars decrease,gas volume trend to decrease, the yield of all semi-coke increase. Semicoke shapes were observed by SEM scanning.
