肺癌患者阻塞性肺部感染参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗的效果研究

Effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on adjuvant treatment of lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infections

目的研究参芪扶正注射液对肺癌患者阻塞性肺部感染的辅助治疗效果,提高其疗效。方法选择医院2013年1月-2014年12月肺癌发生阻塞性肺部感染患者100例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规抗菌药物治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液,每日1次,每次200ml,静脉滴注;比较两组患者的疗效、起效时间、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和不良反应,采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的显效率为64.00%、总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗起效时间较短,50.00%的患者在5d内起效,而对照组患者的起效时间长,仅20.93%的患者在5d内起效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应,少数患者出现轻微胃肠道反应、发热等,但症状较轻,均自行缓解。结论参芪扶正注射液对肺癌患者阻塞性肺部感染的辅助治疗可以提高疗效,缩短起效时间,提高患者免疫力。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on adjuvant treatment of lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infections and improve the effect.METHODS A total of 100 lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infection who were treated in the hospitals from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional antibiotic therapy,while the observation group was treated with additional Shenqifuzheng injection based on the conventional therapy,once daily,200 ml every time,intravenous drip.The curative effect,onset time,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The effective rate of the observation group was 64.00%,significently higher than that of the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,significently higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The onset time of the observation group was significently shorter than that of the control group,50.00% of the patients in the observation group were within 5days,and only 20.93% of the patients in the control group were within 5days（P〈0.05）.The levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋of the observation group were significently higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The severe adverse reactions occurred in neither groups of patients;only a few of patients had mild gastrointestinal tract reactions and fever,but the symptoms were mild and automatically relieved.CONCLUSIONThe Shenqifuzheng injection can improve the effect on adjuvant treatment of the lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infections,shorten the onset time,and boost the immunity of the patients.
