改进DEA方法在船型多方案优选中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Improved DEA Method for the Optimal Choice of Ship Forms

针对DEA方法在船型技术经济综合评判中存在的不足,通过在DEA原模型基础上引入理想决策单元,利用灰色关联度分析方法建立评价指标体系,将分级有效性评价的思想运用到评价过程的方式对原DEA方法进行改进。文中的分析及计算实例表明,改进DEA方法具有简明、实用的特点,是进行船型多方案优选决策的有效方法。

To solve the insufficiencies of DEA method on technical and economic evaluation of ship forms, this article improves the DEA method by introducing ideal-DMU, establishing evaluation index system by grey relational analysis and applying hierarchical effectiveness evaluation to the assessment process. The analysis and application example indicates the effectiveness and conciseness of the improved DEA method. It's a useful method for evaluation of multi-objective ship plan.
