摘要
针对海底隧道管节沉放的特殊环境要求及施工工艺,设计出一种新型的隧道管节沉放工程船,解决了施工过程中,隧道管节拖运、抵御风浪流、沉放过程中的控制及风险排除、沉放时的定位、两台沉放工程船之间的同步远程控制、施工数据记录等工程问题。使隧道管节沉放过程处于很好的可控状态,极大的提高了施工效率,降低了施工风险,提高了工程经济性。
For the special environment requirements and construction process of the subsea tunnel-laying, a new tunnel-laying vessel is designed, which solves a series of problems in the process of tunnel-laying, such as the tunnel-towing, the resistance of wind, wave and flow, the risk control and removal, the tunnel-positioning, the remote synchronous control between the two vessels, the data recording and so on. The tunnel-laying vessel makes the working process easy to control, enhances the construction efficiency greatly, reduces the risk of the construction and improves the economy.
