摘要
汽轮发电机组轴系是机组的主要振动来源,其动力特性对机组振动噪声影响较大。文章以某型船用高速汽轮发电机组为例,对该机组的轴系进行了设计及计算,并研究了不同轴承结构型式、轴承间隙对汽轮机轴系动力特性的影响,通过对比,优化了轴系动力特性,为机组设计奠定了基础。研究成果对机组的轴系设计具有重要的参考意义。
The shaft unit is the main source of vibration of turbine generator.The dynamic properties has a big influence to the noise and vibration.Taking a high speed turbine for example,this paper designs,calculates the shaft,and studies the impact of different types of bearing structures and bearing clearance on the dynamic properties.By contrast,the dynamic characteristics of the shaft are optimized,which lays the foundation of design for the plant.The result of this study has an important reference for the design of shaft units.
