摘要
船用柴油发电机组正朝着大功率高功率密度方向发展,大功率柴油发电机组轴系更长,质点更多,扭转振动更为复杂。文章基于轴系扭振计算分析,对某型存在一定安全隐患的船用大功率柴油发电机组轴系加装惯量盘,使其扭转振动固有频率低谐次避开工作转速区,消减机组运行安全隐患,并借助三维造型和有限元分析优化惯量盘结构设计。
The diesel generator set is developing at the direction of large power and high power density,which means longer shafts,more particles and more complex torsional vibration.Based on the torsional vibration calculation analysis,an inertia plate is added to the shaft of a marine high power diesel generator set with some potential safety hazard in order to reduce the potential running safety hazard by keeping the low orders away from rotate speed.The design of the configuration of the inertia plate is optimized by using three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis.
