摘要
齿轮齿条升降机构是自升式钻井平台的重要承载机构,在各种工作状态下起到支撑船体及相关设备的作用,并长时间承受重外载荷作用,因而,对齿轮齿条升降系统的检测直接关系到平台的作业安全。文章从平台结构入手,探索一种适合自升式钻井平台的安全监测系统,对检测平台关键部分的受力状况进行分析,为作业安全、生产指挥、寿命评估等提供技术依据。
The jack-up rig is the important bearing mechanism of the jack-up platform,which plays a role in supporting the hull and related equipment in various working conditions,and can bear heavy loads for a long time.As a result,the detection of the rack and pinion system is directly related to the operation safety of the platform.From the construction of the platform,the paper explores a kind of safety monitoring system which is suitable for the jack-up platform,which can analyze the loading conditions of the key parts of the platform and offers technical foundation for safety operation,production and life assessment.
