摘要
某新型船舶主柴油发电机组采用了更为先进的SaCoSone安全控制系统,柴油机调速功能也实现了优化。文章首先对SaCoSone及其对调速功能的优化进行了简要介绍,分析了传统调速器应用过程中的不足,重点介绍了电子调速技术在某新型船舶采用的SaCoSone中的应用以及调速器Woodward UG-25+的功能实现。
SaCoSone,a more advanced control system,has been equipped on a new ship.Therefore,the speed-governing of the diesel engine is optimized notably.This paper sketches the system of SaCoSone as well as its performance of speed-governing and it shows the weak points of traditional governors.The application of electronic speed-governing in the SaCoSone of one type of new ship and the implementation of the Woodward UG-25+ governor is mainly explained.
