宁夏野生荨麻水提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察宁夏野生荨麻(Urticaangustifolia Fisch.Ex Hornem.)水提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及氧化应激的影响。[方法]SD大鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机分出10只为正常对照组喂以基础饲料,自由进食进水;其余大鼠喂以高脂饲料自由饮水,喂养4周后腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ,45 mg/kg)诱导2型糖尿病模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,即糖尿病模型组,荨麻高剂量组(300 mg/kg),荨麻低剂量组(150 mg/kg)。各组给予相应药物灌胃,正常对照组和糖尿病模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,均每日1次,连续灌胃4周结束。期间每周测定空腹血糖值1次,并于灌胃结束后测定各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)。[结果]与模型对照组相比,高、低浓度荨麻组均能够降低大鼠CHOL(P<0.05);低浓度荨麻组能够降低TG(P<0.05),高、低浓度荨麻组对HDL和LDL的作用不明显(P>0.05)。与模型对照组相比,高、低浓度荨麻组均可以升高血清中SOD水平(P<0.01);低浓度荨麻组可以降低血清中MDA水平(P<0.01),但高浓度荨麻组对于MDA水平的影响无统计学意义。[结论]宁夏野生荨麻水提取物具有降低血糖、调节血脂和抗氧化应激的作用。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of water extract from Ningxia wild nettle on blood glueose and serum lipoprotcin in T2DM rats.[Methods] Type 2 diabetes model was induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and streptozotocin (STZ)by intraperitaneal injection wtih 45 mg/kg.Thc successful model were randomly divided into 3 groups, 10 rats in each group, diabetic model group, nettle high dose group ( 300 mg/kg ), low dose group ( 150 mg/kg).The treatment groups were given different dose ,normal control group and diabetic model group were given physiological saline for 4 weeks.Blood glucose was detected once a week.Serum total cholesterol(CHOL) ,triglyceride (TG) ,high-density lipoprotein (HDL) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondiadehyde (MDA)were detected after 4 weeks.[Resuhs] Compared with diabetic model group, different concentrations of nettle can reduce fasting blood glucose and CHOL(P〈0.05 ),increase SOD (P〈0.01).Low concentration of nettles can reduce TG (P〈0.05)and MDA (P〈0.01).The effect of high concentration and low concentration of the nettle to improve diabetic rats of HDL and LDL was not significant (P〉0.05) .[Conclusion] The water extract from Ningxia wild nettle can improve the rat's blood glucose ,and also can regulate blood lipid and antioxidant activity.
