Immunization Strategies for Adults in Typical Countries and Regions

本文总结了全球代表性的发达国家和地区的成人免疫策略,以便为中国制定成人免疫策略提供参考。这些国家和地区的各种成人免疫策略可划分为三类:有综合性的成人免疫程序和疫苗推荐意见;仅针对成人中的特殊人群提出疫苗推荐意见;在推荐国内现有疫苗时,部分适用于成人的疫苗提及成人接种的内容,但并未独立列出或者没有任何成人免疫的推荐意见。

This article summarized the immunization strategies for adults in some typical developed countries and regions,in order to provide information for developing Chinese adult immunization strategies.The immunization strategies in these countries and regions can be categorized as three types： the comprehensive immunization schedules and vaccine recommendation for general and specific adults; immunization schedules and vaccine recommendation only for specific adults; and part of existing immunization recommendations which may be used in adults,or no specific immunization recommendations for adults.
