摘要 采用搅拌摩擦点焊和电阻点焊方法对Al-Zn-Mg合金进行搭接点焊试验,对两种点焊接头的宏观形貌、显微组织、硬度分布和抗剪性能进行测试对比。研究结果表明:电阻点焊的焊点组织为铸态组织,搅拌摩擦点焊的焊点组织为再结晶组织和变形组织,搅拌摩擦点焊的焊点组织更加细小均匀;两种点焊方法的接头硬度分布特征相似,搅拌摩擦点焊的焊点硬度明显高于电阻点焊;搅拌摩擦点焊接头所能承受的最大剪切应力高于电阻点焊接头,其承载能力更加稳定。综合来看,搅拌摩擦点焊接头的组织及力学性能优于电阻点焊接头。 Friction stir spot welding and resistance spot welding were used to weld Al-Zn-Mg alloy,and macro-morphology,microstructure,hardness distribution and shear property of the two spot welded joints were tested and compared.The results show that the microstructure of resistance spot welded joint is as-cast microstructure,and that of friction stir spot welded joint is recrystallized microstructure and deformed microstructure,which is finer and more uniform.The microhardness distribution of the two spot welded joints are similar,the hardness of friction stir spot welded joints is significantly higher than that of resistance spot welded joints.The maximum shear stress that friction stir spot welded joints can sustain is higher than that of resistance spot welded joints,and the carrying capacity of friction stir spot welded joints is more stable.Generally,the microstructure and mechanical properties of friction stir spot welded joints is better than that of resistance spot welded joints.
