摘要
采用激光对不锈钢水壶的壶底和壶身进行密封焊接,整个设备主要由激光系统、夹具、运动控制等3部分组成。其中夹具设计是整个系统的核心部分,夹具的定位通过定位圈和定位套组成,压紧力通过气动弹性夹紧机构控制,夹具保证了重复定位精度及压紧强度。
The bottom and the body of stainless steel kettles was welded by laser beam welding.The machine was assembled by laser system,fixture and motion control.The fixture is the key part of the system,the positioning of which was controlled by the positioning circle and positioning sleeve.The pressing force was controlled by the pneumatic clamping mechanism.The fixture ensured the repeated positioning precision and compression strength.
