摘要
介绍了基于HSCAE的法兰浇注系统的有限元分析过程.首先是对产品的网格进行划分,然后对划分的网格进行评价,在此基础上,确定浇注系统两种设计方案.运用HSCAE软件比较这两种浇注系统方案的优劣,最终确定合理的浇注系统方案.
The finite element analysis of the flange pouring system was introduced based on HSCAE. The mesh of the product was divided first,and then the division of the grid was evaluated on the basis of the two design schemes of the pouring system. The advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of pouring system were compared using HSCAE software. The reasonable pouring system scheme was determined finally.
