Research on the Non-Lethal Effect Design of a Certain Type of Flash Grenade

在某型强光致盲弹的开发中,为保证其具有良好的非致命效应,分别从总体结构、弹体材料和延期管抛离3个方面进行设计.引入子母式结构设计并确定0.04mm过盈配合的开舱方式;选择ABS塑料为母弹弹体材料,聚丙烯塑料作为子弹壳体材料;设计延期管抛离结构,并进行理论计算和性能测验,验证设计的合理性,从而使非致命效应得到明显的提高.

During the development process of a certain type of flash grenade, in order to make sure it has a good non-lethal effect, the design was carried out from three aspects： the detachable structure, the proper material of projectile body, and the delay-time-tube ejection. Through theoretical calculation and performance test, the rationality of design is verified and its non-lethal effect is greatly improved.
