Evaluation of clinical application of voriconazole in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2014

目的:评价西安交通大学第二附属医院2014年伏立康唑临床应用情况。方法:建立伏立康唑临床应用评价标准,对本院2014年100例使用伏立康唑的病例进行回顾性评价分析。结果:伏立康唑临床应用的适应证、药物选择、用法用量、药物相互作用和监测指标合理率分别为92%、95.65%、55.43%、78%和74%。结论:本院的伏立康唑临床应用仍存在较大误区,开展合理用药评价十分重要。

Objective：To evaluate clinical application of voriconazole in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Xi＇an Jiaotong University in 2014.Methods：The evaluation criteria for clinical application of voriconazole were established.The use of voriconazole in 100 inpatients of the hospital in 2014 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：The rates of indication,drug selection,dosage regimen,drug interaction and rationality of detected indicators were 92%,95.65%,55.43%,78% and 74%,respectively.Conclusion：There was much misunderstanding in the clinical application of voriconazole in the hospital.For this reason,it was absolutely necessary to evaluate rational application of drugs in the hospital.
