国内循环经济载体研究综述

Reviews of carrier research on China's circular economy

梳理有关循环经济载体研究文献,以便选择恰当的载体来推进循环经济低成本运作。梳理了近15年有关循环经济载体研究文献发现:循环经济载体研究主要有产业载体、空间载体、功能载体。产业载体研究最多的是工业,且集中于空间载体,其次是农业,而服务业循环经济载体研究主要集中于旅游业。基地和园区是我国发展点状区域循环经济的重要空间载体,而社区可以作为发展面状区域循环经济的空间载体;企业是实现循环经济的基本功能载体,而依托大企业集团打造大产业集群是实现循环经济的最佳功能载体;景区是旅游循环经济发展的重要空间载体,而循环经济技术载体研究可为其他载体运行提供科技支撑。

In order to choose the appropriate carrier to promote circular economy by low cost operation, this article interviews the relative research on the carrier of circular economy. From the recent 15 years＂ researches, it is found that the research of circular economy carrier mainly include industry carrier, spatial carrier, and functional carrier. The first one is the industry carrier, focusing on the spatial carrier, the second one is agriculture carrier, and the third one is service industry carrier, mainly focusing on the tourism industry. The industrial bases and parks are the important point carriers of regional circular economy development in China, and a community can be used as the basic carrier of planar regional circular economy; the enterprises are the basic function carrier to implement circular economy, to achieve the best features carrier of circular economy is relying on large enterprise groups to build large industry cluster; the scenic area is the important tourism cycle economy spatial carrier, and the circular economy technology carrier can provide technological support for other carriers＇ operation.
