在信息化时代,再生资源回收行业的传统交易方式与"互联网+"运作模式融合需要一个过程。在国家提出网络强国战略以来,有诸多互联网企业和联盟组织研究探索信息化平台市场化运作新模式。简要介绍了信息化平台的构成要素以及统筹规划的重要性;以动态联盟组织建立资讯关系网为例,提出了利用信息平台为目标客户服务的模式创新工作思路。

In the information era, combination the traditional trading mode and the ＂lnternet ＋＂ operation mode of renewable resources recycling industry needs a process. Since the country has put forward the strategy of network power, there are many Internet companies and alliance organizations to explore the new mode of information platform market operation. This paper briefly introduces the components of the information platform and the importance of the overall planning. Taking the information platform as an example, the paper puts forward the new mode that using the information platform to service customer.
