摘要 为了提高两栖空气动力艇在冰雪路面上的通过能力,设计了一种用于两栖空气动力艇的新型独立悬挂系统。在CATIA中建立独立悬挂系统的几何模型,通过CAD/CAE软件的数据接口技术将其导入ADAMS/VIEW环境中进行典型工况条件下的动力学仿真,根据仿真结果对独立悬挂系统进行动力学分析,确定了减震器的阻尼特性以及橡胶衬套的刚度,并验证了该系统中各个构件之间的运动关系。 In order to improve the passing capability of airboat on ice snow covered pavements, this paper designs a new type of independent suspension system for airboat. The three-dimensional model of independent suspension system is established by using CATIA and it is imported into the ADAMS/VIEW environment for dynamic simulation under typical working conditions with the CAD/CAE data interface. The independent suspension system dynamic analysis is made according to the post processing curve. The damping characteristic of shock absorber and stiffness of rubber bushing are determined and the movement relationship between each component of the independent suspension system is verified to meet the design requirements.
