摘要
主要分析西门子Blue Drive Plus C(BDPC)系统及其配置是否能够应用在深水动力定位原油输送船(CTV)上。通过供需关系对比法,首先实现CTV海上自由航行、跟随定位、连接FPSO与~30万吨油轮之间浮管、加油跟随定位、紧急脱离、绿色环保运行等工况下的正常与应急储备动力需求,随后分析西门子BDPC直流系统及其运用技术,针对项目提供的特殊配置与CTV提出需求进行对比,结论是BDPC依靠其直流发电、配电、逆变、储能等技术可以满足CTV的配置需求,论证了BDPC系统运用在性能优越的CTV上是可行的。
This article mainly studies the application feasibility of SIEMENS' Blue Drive Plus C on cargo transferring vessel(CTV). Using antitheses, the normal power requirements and emergency power requirements of the CTV which works at self sailing, following positioning, connecting between FPOS/FSO and trade tankers like ~30000 tons' VLCC, transferring cargo oil, emergency release connection and escape dangerous area, economic and green operation etc. are analyzed. Secondly, the DC system's configuration and technology of SIEMENS' BDPC are analyzed. The special configurations of this project are compared with the CTV requirements. It is demonstrated that the application of BDPC on CTV is feasible because of its DC power generating, power distributing, inverting and energy storing technology etc..
