防止炉料不导电造成电极折断的新措施

摘要 论述了电弧炉在冶炼中因不导电炉料造成电极折断的原因,并分析了常规防止电极折断方法的不足之处,提出了通过自动检测电极升降速度变化率并作出相应的控制策略,判断电极是否遇到非导电炉料,从而避免电极折断的发生。 This article mainly analyzes reasons of electrode break caused by non-conductive scrap during the smelting process of electric arc furnace, also analyzes the shortcomings of general domestic handling methods, put forward that detects automatically 3 phases electrode lifting speed variation rate by control system, then make the relevant countermeasure, through judging whether the electrode touches NC scrap to avoid the electrode broken accidents.
