溴代苝四羧酸二酐的合成及表征

摘要 目的合成1,6,7,12-四溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酐。方法以3,4,9,10-四酸二酐为原料,经过溴代反应,合成1,6,7,12-四溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酐,并利用硅胶柱色谱进行纯化,用TLC薄层色谱检测反应进程及纯化后产物的纯度,利用^1H NMR进行表征检测。结果 1,6,7,12-四溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酐的产率为52.2%。^1H-NMR(400MHz,CDCl3):8.88(s,4H)。结论以3,4,9,10-四酸二酐为原料,合成了1,6,7,12-四溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酐,计算了其产率,并用~1HNMR、元素分析进行了结构表征。 Objective—To synthesize 1,6,7,12-tetrabromo-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride.Methods—1,6,7,12-tetrabromo-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride was synthesized from perylene-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride by bromination.The product was purified by silica gel column chromatography and the reaction process was detected with thin layer chromatography(TLC).The product was characterized by ~1H-NMR.Results—The field of 1,6,7,12-tetrabromo-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride was 52.2%.^1H-NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3):8.88(s,4H).Conclusion—1,6,7,12-tetrabromo-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride was synthesized from perylene-3,4,9,10-tertracarboxylic acid dianhydride.The fields was calculated and the product was characterized by ^1H-NMR.
