冠心病中医辨证分型规律与相关客观指标变化关系探讨

Discussion on the Relationship between TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Coronary Heart Disease and Related Objective Index

目的:探讨冠心病中医证型临床分布规律及与各客观指标的相关性。方法:对347例冠心病患者基本资料、中医证候证素及客观指标给予统计分析。结果:采用因子分析得出4型常见证型,各证型基本资料及FIB、FPG、AST、HCT等指标不具有明显的差异性,BMI值均较正常值偏高;血流变、肝肾功能、左心室射血分数等指标比较均显示证型间具有一定的相关性及规律性。结论:结合现代客观指标和量化手段可使冠心病中医辨证论治更趋于规范化和客观化。

Objective： The aim of the study was to investigate the syndrome and symptoms distribution regularity to explore the relativity between the distribution of TCM syndrome types in CHD and objective indexes. Methods： Clinical retrospective research methods are used in the present study,according to the 347 cases of outpatients and inpatients which met to standards with CHD. The data referring to the patient＇s basic information,TCM syndrome,objective indicators were statistical analyzed. Results： We take the syndrome factor differentiation for 347 cases of patients with CHD using dialectical analysis,summarize the major four species common clinical syndromes. The results reflected that different TCM types of CHD in gender,age,duration distribution,FIB,FPG,AST,HCT had no differences. On the BMI index,all species of CHD index higher than normal and had special significance. The data of other indicators showed that the distribution of TCM syndrome types in CHD had the certain regularity with objective indexes. Conclusion： Combining broadly with modern objective indicators and quantitative methods can make coronary syndrome differentiation of TCM more standardized and objectively to provide reference evidence for syndrome differentiation and treatment.
