Experimence of Prof. HUANG Ji-geng on Treating Intractable Congh and Dyspnea According to Different Stage

黄吉赓教授长期从事肺系疾病的医教研工作,治疗咳喘经验丰富,并融合"伤寒""温病"两家之长,提出难治性咳喘由"风热犯肺、邪恋少阳"至"少阳、阳明合病"再到"痰热夹风恋肺"不解,最终发展成"阴虚痰饮"的阶段性辨证论治思路,并创制"和解清化方"、"通腑化痰"法及"阴虚痰饮"诸法诸方,临床疗效显著。

Professor Huang Jigeng has long engaged in medical teaching and research work of lung diseases with good experience of treating cough and wheezing. By integrating the superiority of theories of ＂Shanghan＂and ＂Wen Bing＂,he has proposed phased syndrome differentiation and treatment meaning intractable cough and dyspnea usually has four stages,which are from ＂ wind-heat attacking lung-qi and evil entangling Shao Yang ＂、＂evil entangling Shao Yang and Yang Ming＂to＂phlegm-heat accumulating in lungs＂,and eventually developing into ＂ yin-deficiency with phlegm-dampness ＂. He has also created ＂Hejie Qinghua＂recipe,treatment method of ＂removing phlegm by laxative＂and ＂nourishing yin and resolving phlegm＂prescriptions which have been proved for good clinical efficacy.
