摘要
食管癌是我国常见消化道恶性肿瘤之一,食管是摄入饮食、获取营养的主要通道,因肿瘤本身的影响,恶液质的发病率较高。规范的营养支持为食管癌治疗提供良好的保障。然而目前食管癌营养支持疗法尚无有效规范,本文就食管癌营养筛查、治疗途径、营养制剂与配方进行阐述与分析,希望能够为食管癌营养支持提出规范化支持方案。
Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignancies of upper digestive tract in China. The esophagus is the entrance of food and nutrition intake, hence cachexia is prevalence in esophageal cancer patients due to the impact of tumor on feeding. Standardized nutrition support may play a very important role in the treatment of esophageal cancer. However, there has not been a consensus on the effective nutrition support for esophageal cancer patients. In this article, we elaborated and analyzed the nutritional screening, support ap- proaches, and nutrition preparation/formula, aiming to summarize a standardized protocol for nutrition support in esophageal cancer patients.
