摘要
介绍了一种高光谱成像光谱仪的光谱定标方法,高光谱成像光谱仪是一种结合光谱探测和成像特点的仪器,在CCD靶面上形成光谱和空间成像的二维图像,因此,其光谱定标方法较传统光谱定标方法有较大的不同。针对高光谱成像光谱仪的特点设计了一套光谱定标光路,采用高斯曲线拟合的方法确定中心波长的位置,提取光谱维方向的半高宽作为光谱带宽,采用最小二乘法进行全波段光谱定标,经过拟合计算得到该光谱定标方法的标准差为0.23nm,满足使用要求。同时为该种光谱定标方法应用于多种类型的高光谱成像光谱仪定标过程中提供了宝贵的经验。
This paper introduced a method of spectral calibration of hyperspectral imaging spectrometer. Hyperspectral imaging spectrometer is a kind of instrument which combines spectral detection and imaging characteristics and it's calibration method has a large difference compared with the traditional spectrometer. In this paper, a set of spectral calibration optical path is designed according to the characteristics of hyperspectral imaging espectrometer. It used the method of Gauss curve fitting to determine the center wavelength and It extracted the half width of the spectral dimension direction as spectral bandwidth and It used the least square method to carry out the full band spectral calibration. After fitting the calculated spectral calibration of the standard error is 0.23 nm. This results met the requirements. At the same time, it provided valuable experience for the application of this method in the calibration of a variety of high spectral imaging spectrometers.
