摘要
分析了AOD炉炉衬激光测厚系统运行机理,建立了AOD炉炉衬激光测厚系统中伺服电机的控制模型。应用了传统PID、模糊控制、模糊PID三种控制方法对AOD炉激光测厚系统中伺服电机进行控制仿真。实验表明,模糊PID控制响应时间快、超调小、抗干扰能力强。
Operation mechanism of AOD furnace lining laser thickness measurement system is analyzed, and the control model of servo motor in the system is established. The traditional PID, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control method are all used to control the servo motor. The simulation results show that fuzzy PID control has the features of fast response, small overshoot and robustness to disturbances.
